Voicemail Guide

Dial * + <your extension> to reach voicemail. 

 

To check from outside the office: 

  1. Dial the main number. 
  1. While the attendant message is playing, hit the * key. 

 

An email notification may be sent to you when you receive a voicemail.  Deleting the email WILL NOT delete the voicemail. 

 

The voicemail menu items are: 

 

0 – Mailbox Options 

            (1) – Record “unavailable” message 
            (2) – Record “busy” message 
            (3) – Record your name 
            (4) – Manage temporary greeting 
            (5) – Change password 
1 – New/Old messages 
            (3) - Advanced Options 
                        (1) – Reply 
                        (3) – Hear envelope (date/time, etc…) 
                        (5) – Leave a message 
                        (*) – Return to main menu 
            (5) – Repeat message 
            (7) – Delete message 
            (8) – Forward message 
            (9) – Save message 
            (*) – Help 
            (#) – Exit 
2 - Change folder 
3 – Advanced Options 
            (5) – Leave a message 
            (*) – Rewind during message playback 
            (#) – Skip forward during message playback 
 
Note:  The first time you access voicemail, you will be prompted to change the password. You may not use your extension as the password.
