Voicemail Guide

  1. Dial * + <your extension> to reach voicemail.
  2. Or, press the “Message” button (upper left of the ? button)
To check from outside the office:
  1. Dial the main number.
  2. While the attendant message is playing, hit the # key.
    (note: hitting # after entering the extension and password will speed things up)
  3. An email notification will be sent to you when you receive a voicemail. Deleting the email WILL NOT delete the voicemail.

The voicemail menu items are:

0 – Mailbox Options
1 - Record “unavailable” message
2 - Record “busy” message
3 - Record your name
4 - Manage temporary greeting
5 - Change password
1 – New/Old messages
3 - Advanced Options
1 - Reply
3 - Hear envelope (date/time, etc…)
5 - Leave a message
* - Return to main menu
5 - Repeat message
7 - Delete message
8 - Forward message
9 - Save message
* - Help
# - Exit
2 - Change folder
3 – Advanced Options
5 – Leave a message
* - Rewind during message playback
# - Skip forward during message playback

Note: The first time you access voicemail, you will be prompted to change the password. You may not use your
extension as the password.
